Once you've signed up just go to the lobby of Mermaid Poker and go to "Multi Tourney" and then to the tab "Freeroll". You will then see on the 21st of December at 7pm GMT Mermaid time (7pm London time) a freeroll called Duckyroll, which is ours.

For those of you whom are wandering why the freeroll is in Euro's instead of dollars:
From the 1st October 2007 Mermaid Poker will be changing the currency from US Dollars to Euros. As the US market is now closed and the majority of our players are based in Europe, this change has been expected for some time. It is a really positive move that will be good for Mermaid Poker and the players.

What are the benefits to Mermaid Poker players?

Buy-ins, tournament prize pools and pending bonuses will now be in Euros - and as the Euro is a much stronger currency than the Dollar at the moment, you will have the chance to win more cash in the Euro currency!
There will be more Euro tables in the lobby for you to choose from.
Your poker account balance will now be shown in Euros.
As many of you use the Euro everyday you will find it much easier to play in the poker room.
What do you need to know?

In order to update software changes, the poker room may be inaccessible at some times during 30th September/1st October 2007. This disruption will be kept to an absolute minimum.
Although it is not necessary, if you currently use e-wallets such as Neteller or MoneyBookers in US$, it may be more convenient to request an e-wallet in Euros from your provider.
